 The Role

• Support the Head Chef in running a fast-paced kitchen

• Deliver high-quality fresh food consistently

• Lead and motivate the team during busy services

• Deputise in the Head Chef’s absence

• Maintain high standards of food, hygiene, and organisation

• Assist with stock control and kitchen operations

 What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Sous Chef / Senior Sous Chef

• Background in fresh food kitchens or gastro pubs

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a high-volume environment

• Passion for food, standards, and career progression

• Driving licence beneficial due to location
